Job summary

Masterson Staffing Solutions is seeking seasoned rotational molders for our client in Maple Lake, MN. This role involves loading molds with resin, placing molds in ovens, removing finished products and trimming excess material to meet quality standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is an on-site position with a Mon-Thu 6a-4p schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or rotational molding a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate work equipment, power tools and specialized instruments used in plant operations.
• Maintain communication with team and management to ensure work is completed on schedule and compliant with practices.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members, contractors and company objectives; work in any area of operations as needed.
• Participate in training of team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and surrounding work area.
• Identify work priorities, meet deadlines and function with minimal supervision.
• Ensure assembly quality and final product quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance.

Job description: Masterson Staffing Solutions is recruiting seasoned rotational molders for our Client Customer located in Maple Lake, MN. This position has: 1st shift: 6a-4pm Monday-Thursday Pay range of $18-$20/hour depending on your experience.

Position Summary

Rotational molders are responsible for a start to finished product. Loading molds with powder resin, placing molds into ovens, taking product out of mold and trimming excess off product.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate work equipment, power tools and specialized instruments used in plant operations.
• Maintain communication with team and management to ensure that work will be completed on schedule and in compliance with established practices.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members, contractors and company objectives and be willing to work in any and all areas of operations as requested to maintain team assets.
• Help participate in the training of team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and surrounding work area.
• Must be able to identify work priorities, meet deadlines and function with little or no supervision.
• Will be held accountable for assembly quality and consistency, and final quality of finished product.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Regular, predictable attendance.

Education & Technical Skills

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or rotational molding a plus.

• Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and engineering standards.
