Job Summary:

The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment such as fillers and labelers, following SOPs and work instructions.

Essential Duties:

• Operate and maintain production equipment according to standards.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments to maximize production.
• Conduct rinses, Clean-In-Place (CIP) washes, and changeovers.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including SAP entries.
• Assist with preventative maintenance.
• Report malfunctions and abnormal operations.
• Perform quality audits on finished products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Follow safety and environmental policies.
• Train other employees and act as backup to the Line Lead.
• Complete all required paperwork and maintain confidentiality.
• Exhibit regular attendance and work overtime as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Two years manufacturing experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of FDA GMP, OSHA safety, SAP, HMI.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, develop good relationships, manage time, and maintain a positive attitude.

Physical and Working Conditions:

• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a climate-controlled environment with moderate noise.
• Stand, walk, reach, stoop, crouch, and handle equipment regularly.

Shift Details:

2nd Shift: 2:30PM-11:00PM
