Job summary

SPIROL is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Danielson, CT. You will operate and monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient manufacture of quality parts in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork and precision in daily setup, adjustment, and quality documentation. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, plus demonstrated manufacturing experience and a strong mechanical aptitude.

We are currently looking for a Machine Operator (2nd shift) to join our team in Danielson.

As a Machine Operator, you will spend your days operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.

Our Machine Operator

• Sets up, operates and monitors production machinery
