Starting at $18.50/hr + 15% Shift Premium = $21.28/hr. Higher starting pay available based on experience.

Our Stow, Ohio facility is growing, and we are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as General Machine Operators.

What You’ll Do

• Operate machinery and process parts according to blueprints and production requirements.
• Read and interpret prints, work assignments, and material specifications.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and hand tools.
• Follow safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Maintain production quality and efficiency standards.
• Work with overhead cranes and various manufacturing equipment.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and production routings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to use inspection gauges and measuring equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending and standing.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
