Salary Range: $20.00 To $25.00 Hourly


Machine Operator

We are looking for a reliable, mechanically minded Machine Operator to join our production team. This is a hands‑on manufacturing position for someone who enjoys working with machinery, staying active throughout the shift, and taking pride in producing quality work.


Machine Operators are responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment used in the manufacturing of wire and cable products. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but reliability, mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are just as important.


Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM–1:45 AM, with occasional overtime on Fridays.


What You'll Do


  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery

Physical Requirements

This is an active manufacturing position, not a sit-down machine operator role.


Constant standing and walking throughout the shift


Repetitive lifting and handling of materials up to 50 lbs.


Pushing and maneuvering carts of material


Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of reels and spools


Ability to safely work around moving production equipment and powered industrial vehicles
