About the role:

Machine operators are critical to our success and one of the most important positions here at Lexington. The hours are Monday - Thursday from 4:10 pm. to 2:25 am, with potential overtime on Fridays. The pay starts at $20 an hour and goes up from there depending on experience. Our 2nd shift employees also receive an extra $1 per hour for working our 2nd shift. Our machine operators set up and operate automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery. That entails handling, inspecting, and packaging raw and finished wood parts. Daily, they use computerized equipment and communicate regularly with other team members. This position will report to a shift lead for the specific department in which the machine is located. Job Requirements:
