Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Worker to assemble plastics IBC totes and steel cages following established procedures. The role supports daily production, changeovers, and outbound shipments, with primary focus on safety and quality.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have manufacturing experience and the ability to stand for long shifts while lifting up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Introduction to manufacturing environment and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and understand instructions.
• Must pass safety training and read/understand written instructions.
• Must be able to troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to stand 8–12 hours per shift and perform repetitive motions.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and use hands/fingers dexterously.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plastics IBC totes and steel cages per procedures.
• Support daily production needs, changes, and outbound shipments.
• Assist in packaging for internal/external use and line changeovers.
• Follow safety, quality standards and housekeeping requirements.
• Notify supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain safety.

Support plant production needs for daily operation, changeovers, and outbound shipments. Secondary responsible for assisting in packaging of product of internal and external use and assisting in changeover with other production teammates.

Support plant production needs for daily operation, changeovers, and outbound shipments. Secondary responsible for assisting in packaging of product of internal and external use and assisting in changeover with other production teammates.

The pay rate is $21.00 per hour.

Employee's base schedule is: Monday to Friday 2:50pm to 11pm

Responsibilities

• Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements
• Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
• Reports all production waste to Production Lead or Supervisor
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production
• Responsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained
• Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager
• Follows all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues
• Must work well in team environment
• Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift
• Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs
