Job summary

Digital Room in Arlington, TX is seeking a Die Cutter Operator for 1st shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday–Friday). Pay ranges from $13.00 to $22.00 per hour and the role focuses on setting up die cutting operations and ensuring accurate, high-quality cuts.

Duties include loading IMS, selecting die size, monitoring the machine, inspecting finished cuts, recording production data, and maintaining a safe work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in paper print using production machinery (Heidelberg Cylinder and Windmill Die Cutter machines preferred).
• At least 6 months’ packing experience.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Ability to safely use hand/power tools.
• Ability to multi-task with changing priorities.
• Ability to recognize safety issues and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Access IMS program to determine priority jobs and set workload for the day.

• Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and are free of any safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned
