Job summary

Digital Room LLC is hiring a Machine Operator for the Arlington, TX plant on 2nd shift (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday). Pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, depending on experience.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year in manufacturing, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Responsibilities include operating and learning large format/wide format machinery, packing/shippping, measuring and ensuring quality, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• English communication is required.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in quality work.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Comfortable using computers and related systems.
• Physically capable of production duties.
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn machine setup.

Responsibilities

• Pack and seal printing products into boxes according to size and quantity.
• Operate large format/wide format machinery for printing, cutting, fabrication, packing and shipping.
• Load materials and products into processing equipment.
• Measure, weight, and count products and materials.
• Read shipping labels and ensure correct quantity/product.
• Check orders on computers using the company database.
• Communicate with management to ensure duties are completed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area with stocked supplies.
• Report workplace hazards to management.
• Maintain efficiency while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Duties and responsibilities

• Pack and seal printing products in the assign boxes according to the size and quantity.
• Machine Operation & Learning, Operated and developed proficiency with large format/wide format machinery for printing, cutting, fabrication, packing, and shipping.
• Load materials and products into processing equipment.
• Measure,weight, and count products and materials.
• Read shipping labels and ensure correct quantity/product.
• Check orders on computers usingthe company’sdatabase.
• Communicate withthe managementteam toensureall duties assigned are completed.
• Ensure that a clean and orderly work area is stocked with supplys.
• Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Maintaining efficiency while meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Taking on additional responsibilities as skills grow and business needs require
• Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Communicate equipment and material problems with management andvendorsin a timelymanner.
• Perform scheduled color and image quality testsand notify manager upon found issues.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
