Job summary

Aerotek is hiring experienced Machine Operators to join a climate-controlled, on-site production team in Pewaukee, WI. You will operate label printing and production equipment, monitor output, perform quality inspections, and help with packaging and workflow.

We're seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality sticker labels for packaging and consumer products. What You'll Do

• Operate production and printing machinery to manufacture labels
• Monitor machines and ensure products meet quality standards
• Perform rewind and inspection work to verify print quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make machine adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for defects
• Package completed products for shipment
• Support general production activities and maintain workflow
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in production or general labor roles
• Ability to perform quality inspections with attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Candidates hired on off-shifts will train on 1st shift for approximately one month.
