Aerotek is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a Pewaukee, WI manufacturing team producing high-quality sticker labels for packaging and consumer products. If you have machine operating experience, mechanical aptitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, this could be a great fit for you.

Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. This is a contract-to-hire position at a climate-controlled facility with competitive pay and structured training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in production or general labor roles.
• Ability to perform quality inspections with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and printing machinery to manufacture labels.
• Monitor machines and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Perform rewind and inspection work to verify print quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make machine adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products for defects.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Support general production activities and maintain workflow.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

What You'll Do

• Operate production and printing machinery to manufacture labels

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Candidates hired on off-shifts will train on 1st shift for approximately one month.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
