Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Machine Operators to join their team in Wisconsin. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, assembly, and packaging who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating and inspecting machines, reviewing work orders, tracking progress across jobs, and preparing products for shipment. Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour with multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, 3rd).

• Review and understand work orders, job routing information, and process instructions for each job.
• Track where each step of multiple jobs is within the manufacturing process.
• Set up, run, and inspect assemblies.
• Stack completed boxes, package products, prepare them for shipment, and assist with other general machine operation duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Perfect math and ruler skills are important.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Detail oriented, good eyesight to see very small components.

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: $18-22/hour
• Shift(s): 1st, 2nd and 3rd
• Hours: Will vary depending on shift
