Job summary

Strategic Workforce Development is hiring Machine Operators for a corrugated packaging manufacturer in the Kansas City area. The role involves setting up, running and cleaning production equipment, and monitoring quality.

You will keep production records, work as a team to meet schedules safely, and help train others while learning additional line positions. Pay is $20.00 per hour with first and second shifts available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years running high-speed manufacturing equipment (corrugated, printing or related industry).
• Corrugated plant experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance.

• Watch product quality during runs (board quality, dimensions, warp, defects) and adjust as needed.
• Keep production records and turn in maintenance work orders.
