Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of machine operation experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and write English, read a tape measure, and perform basic fractions to decimals.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain a variety of machines to meet production requirements.
• Configure settings (speed, size, shape) and adjust as needed.
• Inspect finished products and materials for quality and check against specs.
• Identify and fix minor mechanical issues and recalibrate as needed.
• Handle production materials and document in the Acumatica system.
• Assist training and supervision of new machine operators in the work cell.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures.
