Job summary

Cabinetworks Group in Waconia, MN is seeking a production team member to operate equipment in the Millroom and ensure quality for panel products. You will stack, move, and transport materials, while rigorously following safety rules and work instructions.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The shift is 1st shift, typically 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday overtime.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate the various equipment and machines in the Millroom to process panel product.
• Stack product and transport to the necessary departments.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Ability to read and understand move tickets.
• Must be able to read and understand a tape measure.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.

Shift & Hours

Shift: 1st Shift – approximately 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday overtime.

Pay & Bonus

Full Time – $23.00 to $29.00 per hour. One‑time sign‑on bonus of $500, paid 50% after 45 days and 50% after 90 days of employment.
