Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking a full-time manufacturing associate in the United States. You will support production, read instructions, measure with tape, and contribute to a team focused on quality, efficiency, and safety.

Starting pay ranges from $18.69 to $21.14 per hour, with overtime as needed. The role emphasizes reliability, accuracy, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced carpentry environment.

Qualifications

• One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred.
• Two to three years of work experience.
• Knowledge and application of safe work practices.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure & calipers.
• Math & computer skills.
• Possess a thorough understanding of all Cabinetworks Group wood character, machining, assembly and finishing.
• Read a tape measure and caliper.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Self starter who works effectively without close supervision.

• Inspect and audit product processes on incoming product, internal process, product audits and finished product audits
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Work in a safe manner and as part of a team.

• Good problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, perform moderate to heavy repetitive lifting, and stand on feet at least nine hours per day.
• It is an essential function of this position that you report to work on a regular basis.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
• May be required to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Hand dexterity and strength
• Overtime is required, including weekends with little or no advance notice
• May be required to work a flexible schedule It is an essential function of this position to report to work on a regular basis
