Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking a full-time production worker in the United States (Shift 1). The role requires carpentry experience, reading measurements, and a strong attention to detail. Candidates should be able to work long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform audits while following safety policies.

Starting pay is $18.69/hr, with a potential up to $21.14/hr. E-Verify is part of the employment process. High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Math & computer skills.
  • Knowledge of wood components, machining, assembly and finishing.
  • Distinguish among colors and different species.
  • Microsoft Office and basic computer skills (Excel, Word, LINCs).
  • Basic knowledge of QMS to promote awareness among coworkers.
  • Read a tape measure and caliper.
  • Ability to read/write/communicate in English.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Self-starter who works effectively without close supervision

PRINCIPRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow said instructions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
  • Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
  • May be required to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  • Hand dexterity and strength
  • Overtime is required, including weekends with little or no advance notice
  • May be required to work a flexible schedule*
  • It is an essential function of this position to report to work on a regular basis
