Custom Processing Services, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for a full-time, on-site role in Reading, PA. You will operate mills, micronizers, blenders and packaging equipment, perform quality checks, and document production details in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, wearing PPE, and following safety protocols. Expect 12-hour rotating shifts with weekend coverage, a strong weekly pay structure, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Basic math, measurement and documentation skills
• Ability to safely operate industrial equipment, such as forklifts
• Comfort wearing PPE like gloves and respirators
• Strong work ethic and eye for detail in a manufacturing environment
• Problem-solving aptitude to handle issues independently

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare raw materials for processing with proper documentation and quality control
• Operate mills, micronizers, blenders and packaging equipment to mix, reduce, finish and package materials
• Take samples and conduct Quality tests in the on-site lab
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and ensure equipment is in good working order
• Record batch details, test results and production metrics
• Assist with routine maintenance and process improvements under supervision
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work in rotating shifts
• Wear respirators and PPE as required throughout the shift
• Read, write and understand English to follow procedures
