LINK Staffing in Houston, TX is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for a 1st shift position (Mon-Fri, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm). You will set up and operate converting, die-cut, and rotary equipment, ensuring production runs meet quality standards and safety rules.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with production machinery, reads work orders, performs basic adjustments, and maintains a clean, organized work area. This role pays $20.00+/hr DOE.

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a 1st shift manufacturing position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating production machinery such as converting machines, die-cut machines, rotary machines, or similar industrial equipment. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to set up, operate, monitor, and make basic adjustments to machinery to maintain quality and production standards.
