Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator – Operations I/II/III in Wisconsin to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, ensure product quality, and participate in continuous improvement. The role requires safety focus, teamwork, and precise hand-tool work.

As you progress from Operator I to III, you will gain responsibility, train peers, and cross-train across stations to support production goals while maintaining strict adherence to specifications and housekeeping standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience operating relevant machinery for Operations I.
• 2–3 years of experience operating relevant machinery for Operations II.
• 3+ years of experience operating relevant machinery for Operations III.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Experience with hand tools and precision work.
