Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM) to operate machinery and manufacture products to spec. You will review work instructions, build to tolerances, and maintain cleanliness while following all safety rules and PPE requirements.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and about 1 year of relevant experience. The role requires teamwork, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating relevant machinery or equivalent.
• Detail oriented and organized; able to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic machinery independently at a defined rate with proper quality.
