Champion Personnel is hiring experienced Machine Operators for a Streetsboro, OH location. This full-time opportunity offers $18.00–$21.00 per hour with first and second shifts available.

Responsibilities include operating a Haeger insertion machine, loading and securing sheet metal, following blueprints, inspecting parts for defects, and maintaining quality and safety standards on a clean, team-oriented shop floor.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of machine operating experience.
• Experience with metal fabrication or similar machinery preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Load, position, and secure sheet metal parts into machinery.
• Insert nuts, bolts, studs and fasteners per job specs.

• Monitor machine operation and adjust as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.

Champion Personnel is NOW HIRING experienced Machine Operators for a well-established, family-owned metal fabrication company located in Streetsboro, Ohio! Position Details

• Location: Streetsboro, OH
• Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a Haeger insertion machine used to install fasteners into sheet metal components.
• Load, position, and secure sheet metal parts into machinery.
