Job summary

Coworx Staffing Services LLC is seeking candidates for a full-time manufacturing operator role in Saco, ME. The position involves operating twisting, winding, braiding, and finishing machines, performing quality inspections, and maintaining accurate records.

Overtime is available, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and pay at $19.00 per hour. This temp-to-hire opportunity requires reliability, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and the capacity to work both

Qualifications

• Experience operating twisting, winding, braiding, and finishing machines safely.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies.
• Monitor machine performance and production output.
• Identify equipment or product issues and report them immediately.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Package, label, and sort finished products as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work independently while meeting daily production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
