CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Machine Operator candidates for Immediate Direct Hire in the Charlestown, NH area. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to work on 2nd & 3rd shift with hands-on training provided.

Location is Charlestown, NH. No prior experience required; training will be provided to help you learn the production processes. Medical/Vision/Dental, 401(k) with match, PTO, paid holidays, and quarterly bonuses are among the perks.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for the full duration of assigned shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation.
• Feed and load materials into production equipment according to work instructions and production requirements.

• Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve minor equipment or process issues.

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Machine Operator candidates for Immediate Direct Hire in the Charlestown, NH area. Are you dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn? We’re looking for motivated individuals to work on 2nd & 3rd shift in Charlestown, NH. No experience? No problem! Hands-on training provided.

Shift

• 2nd (M-F 3pm/3:30pm - 11:30pm/12am)
• 3rd (Sun-Th 11pm/11:30pm - 7:30am/8am)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation.
