Ecore International, based in Ozark, AL, is hiring a Machine Operator to produce high‑performance rubber products from recycled materials. This 1st shift role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, offering a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED (or 2+ years of relevant experience), can lift up to 60 lbs, and thrives in a safety‑driven, detail‑oriented manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the production of innovative upcycled rubber products

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma / GED, or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Physical capability to handle materials (up to 55 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Team-player mindset
• Forklift or skid steer experience is a plus!

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 lbs. PPE provided.
