Job Title: Metal Tube End Forming Operator

Location: Neillsville, Wisconsin

Shift: 1st shift Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Friday is OT)

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Metal Tube End Forming Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll set up and operate end forming machines to shape and finish metal tubing to precise specifications. Tasks include slotting bent tubes, trimming, flattening, single and double bead formation, expanding, flaring, drilling holes, grinding, and deburring to ensure products meet customer specifications.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate end forming machinery (e.g., ram, trim, flatten, bead, expand, flare, drill holes, grind, deburr, etc.)
• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and keep a clean work area
