Job Type: Full-time

Description: Following training, the Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining our machines, including set-ups, machine settings, and quality checks to ensure products meet tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adjust machines to keep parts within dimensional tolerances.
• Perform preventive maintenance and quality checks.
• Perform minor repairs if breakdown occurs.
• Work from layouts, jigs, and fixtures.
• Handle inventory, receive, and load materials.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Machines: Various automated and robotic machines, including Salvagnini S4/P4, SIR robotic welder, Salvagnini L3 fiber laser cutter, BLM LT8 laser tube cutter, and Salvagnini B3 press brake.

Shift: 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience; automated manufacturing experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and power tools.
• Good communication and math skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Reliable attendance.

Work Environment: Walking 10%, Standing 75%, Sitting 5%, Twisting, turning, squatting 10%, occasional ladder climbing, pulling/pushing up to 150 lbs., lifting up to 50 lbs.

Must pass background check and drug screening.
