Now Hiring: 1st Shift Machine Operators

Join our team and start your career in manufacturing! We are seeking an entry-level Machine Operator to work the 1st shift schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Starting pay is $18.00/hour DOE.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up and operate cutting, forming, grinding, and polishing machines
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to ensure product quality
• Collaborate with engineering on new product development and troubleshooting
• Read and interpret blueprints and routing sheets
• Follow safety regulations and use protective equipment
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of machine operation experience in manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and procedural adherence
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable transportation and ability to work the assigned shift
• Must pass background check and 9-panel drug test

Work Environment:

Manufacturing setting requiring standing, lifting, machinery operation, and mandatory safety equipment use.
