Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a manufacturing support role at our Elizabethton, TN site. Pay is $16.25 per hour, with full-time benefits beginning on day one, including medical, dental and vision coverage, PTO, 401(k) and more.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to obtain forklift and overhead crane certifications. You will perform production support, inspect equipment, manage inventory updates in the ERP system, and maintain a safe, orderly workplace

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer responsive and efficient manufacturing support activities
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage
• Assist co-workers and customers
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment
