Job Summary

Retrieve, inspect, and prepare products to meet customer specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate press, inspect, and prepare parts for shipment following Operator Instructions.
• Notify supervisor of non-conforming products or machine/material issues.
• Communicate production issues with subsequent press operators and grind parts or scrap as needed.
• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Review products for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance ensuring quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Use basic hand tools, including power tools like drills and grinders.
• Assist other operators with machine setup and other tasks to meet deadlines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least one month of related experience.
• Ability to obtain Forklift and Crane certification within 6 months.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and dusty environments.
