Job summary

Donaldson in Stevens Point, WI is seeking machine operators to safely operate machinery, perform quality checks, and maintain clean, safe work areas on rotating shifts.

Shifts include 1st 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2nd 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with overtime as needed; pay range is $22.22–$23.30 per hour and a $0.45/hour differential for 2nd shift. Duties include operating machines, logging data, and supporting continuous improvement through 6S.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
• Able to use hand/power tools and measuring equipment.
• Able to communicate effectively and understand instructions.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Preferred: previous production/industrial experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various machines and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and complete required logs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Follow blueprints and use the computer for production tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement and maintain 6S.
• Regular attendance and overtime availability.
