Westaff is hiring Machine Operators in Littleton, NH to support a growing manufacturing team. This on-site role offers competitive pay, weekly pay, and a sign-on bonus after 90 days.

You will operate presses and related equipment, read blueprints, perform quality inspections, and keep accurate production records. High school diploma required; English proficiency and safety awareness are essential. Multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a Machine Operator preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints/diagrams and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate press, braid winding, lathe, and crimping machines to manufacture quality products.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions; perform quality inspections; record production data; identify defects; and maintain inventory at workstations.
• Use hand tools; adjust machine settings; troubleshoot basic production issues; ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.
