Job summary

Forte Opening Solutions is seeking a second shift manufacturing worker in Wisconsin. Starting pay is $25.11 per hour, with a $1.10 per hour second shift differential for eligible hours, and a 6pm–6am schedule on a 2 on/2 off pattern with three 15-day months including two weekends.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and sizing-related equipment, reading instructions, performing setup, basic repairs, and maintaining safety; pre-employment background check and drug screen; union site with

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing experience.
• Highschool diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized equipment (forklift, KVAL lifts, etc.) as needed.
• Read and follow sizing instructions and quality check with tape measure.
• Set up and adjust equipment to sizing specifications; understand drawings; change heads and tools.
• Miscellaneous duties including basic repairs, routing, tracking, preventative maintenance and station keeping.
• Support other team members through collaboration and communication.
• Work safely, wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
