Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure machine is functioning safely in compliance with GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Understand bottle quality requirements and document them accordingly.
• Sustain production efficiencies and manage scrap to meet company goals.
• Communicate machine, process, and quality issues effectively.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tasks logically and promptly.
• Follow supervisor directions and complete color changes as needed.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance during shift.
• Complete quality inspections and record in SPC software.
• Provide mechanical/process troubleshooting on plant processes.
• Take on additional duties as required to support the plant.
