Adecco is hiring Machine Operators for a leading personal care products manufacturer in Milford, CT. Join an industry leader known for its award-winning safety record, commitment to employee success, and inclusive workplace culture.

This role covers startup, shut down and operation of an assembly machine, including input of parameters, loading parts, unloading product and changeovers. Full-time, 12-hour rotating shifts from 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Must meet production, quality and safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and contribute to improvements.
• Identify and report machine issues or defects promptly.
• Excellent reliability with attendance and punctuality.
• Effective communication and ability to work with others and independently.

Responsibilities

• Startup, shutdown and operation of an assembly machine.
• Enter machine parameters and load/unload parts and products.
• Perform changeovers.
• Meet production, quality and safety standards.
