Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Texas seeks a general fabrication team member to operate punching presses and assist packing and related tasks in a busy manufacturing environment. You will contribute to a safety‑driven workflow with attention to quality and efficiency.

This role requires reading instructions, multitasking, and good communication with peers and management. Flexibility to work overtime and cross‑train in other areas is valued, with opportunities for training and growth within the

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure and calipers.
• Read written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
• Multitask, prioritize and work under time constraints.
• Be a team player and willing to be trained to work in other areas.
• Communicate well with peers and management.
• Work flexible schedules, with periods of required overtime.
• Preference will be given to applicants with former manufacturing experience.
