Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, seeks a production/CNC operator for a 3x12 Friday–Sunday night shift in Clayville, NY. This onsite role requires accuracy in producing parts and adherence to safety standards.

You will demonstrate proper methods, run CNC programs or saws, inspect output, and support continuous improvement initiatives, including wearing PPE. A HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., GED in the US)

• Run written CNC programs OR operate Kasto saws with minor supervision
• Produce a number of uncomplicated parts that shows good faith in obtaining the desired production rate and quality
• Perform walk around of machines
• Support the cell’s continuous improvement and all CORE and EH&S initiatives, including wearing required personal protective equipment
• The position will work a schedule of Friday - Sunday (3x12) 7:00pm - 7:00am (5th shift)

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is $21.00 per hour. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
