We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our dedicated production team. In this hands-on role, you'll operate and monitor a variety of production equipment, including SMT Pick-and-Place machines, Through-Hole Insertion equipment, Sequencers, Wave Solder machines, and Reflow systems.
Whether you're adjusting machine settings, monitoring production, or identifying issues before they become larger problems, your work will help ensure we consistently build high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
This position follows a consistent Monday–Wednesday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM schedule. You will work three 12-hour shifts and have four consecutive days off each week, giving you more time for family, hobbies, appointments, rest, or whatever matters most to you.
