Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr, paid weekly
Hours: 9:00am- 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
Location: Worcester, MA 01605
Duration: 3 months with long-term opportunity Summary

Operates coating machines to apply silicone, adhesives, or laminates to film products before packaging or further processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up machines based on job orders and specifications.

• Load raw materials using hydraulic lifts or by hand.

• Monitor temperature, speed, airflow, and tension for proper coating.

• Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed.

• Record material and job data in the QAD system.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean equipment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience with coating or machine operation preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs alone and up to 200 lbs with help.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.

• Comfortable working around noise, heat, and dust in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands.

• Occasional climbing, crouching, or lifting heavy items.
