Pay & Schedule:
Starting Pay: $19.50/hour (based on experience)
Bonuses: Yearly attendance and anniversary bonuses
Paid Time Off:
11 paid holidays per year
112 vacation hours annually (accruing at 4.31 hours per bi-weekly pay period)
24 hours of sick time annually (prorated in the year of hire)
1 paid wellness day per year
Benefits: (Eligible the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment)

Make basic machine adjustments (speed, length, wind-up, ruffling, folding)
Safely clear machine jams
Monitor product quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment
Report material usage and labor data
Ensure all safety devices are functional before operation
Follow GMP and SQF guidelines; report any food safety issues
Train and support team members as needed
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule:
This pattern means you'll work just 14 days per month, with every other weekend off.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Factory experience preferred but not required
Ability to operate machinery (e.g., table skirt, form fill & seal, carton labeler)
Basic math and communication skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety guidelines
Frequent standing, walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, and working below waist level
Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
