CompleteStaff is hiring a Machine Operator in Wisconsin to operate an automated cord cutter and other production machinery. This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training and steady 40+ hour weeks.

The ideal candidate is dependable, able to read a ruler, perform basic math, and lift up to 40 lbs. Overtime opportunities are available in a team-oriented setting.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our team! This position is responsible for operating an automated (programmable) cord cutter and other production machinery. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a stable, long-term career—no prior experience required, we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor automated cord cutting equipment
• Assist with running additional production machines as needed
• Measure materials accurately using a ruler
• Ensure quality and consistency of finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler

• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Previous machine operation experience is a plus—but not required
