Position Summary

To set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on Bakery department machinery at the Vernon facility.

Essential Functions

• Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on machinery and equipment used in manufacturing bakery products.
• Adjust machines to maximize production efficiency for the different bakery products.
• Conduct daily safety inspections—checking guards, wiring, safety stops—and monitor production lines to ensure safe working conditions throughout each shift.
• Accurately complete proper record‑keeping paperwork.
• Report any food safety or quality problems to authorized personnel.
• Follow J&J Snack Food’s Food Safety Plan (FSP), the Safe Quality Food (SQF) program, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
• Follow all OSHA safety rules and all food safety laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

US Hourly Pay Range

$19.37 – $19.37 USD
