Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on bakery machinery.
• Adjust machines to maximize production efficiency.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and monitor production lines.
• Complete records and paperwork accurately.
• Report food safety or quality problems per FSP, SQF, GMPs and GDPs.
• Follow OSHA rules and all food safety laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
