Express Employment is seeking a Production Machine Operator for a food processing facility in McMinnville. The role supports safe and efficient production, with day and night shifts and a 3-4 day work week schedule.

You will operate and maintain production machinery, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to SOPs and GMPs. The position offers full-time, temp-to-hire potential and competitive shift wages.

Machine Operator - Food Processing Facility

Schedule: 3 - 4 day work weeks with set shifts

Full-Time, Temp to Hire

Location: McMinnville

Day Shift (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Shift 1: Sunday – every other Wednesday

Shift 3: Every other Wednesday – Saturday

Night Shift (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Shift 2: Sunday – every other Wednesday

Shift 4: Every other Wednesday – Saturday

Wage: Day $21.25/hour Night shift $23.75/hour
