Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks a Production Machine Operator for a food processing facility in McMinnville, OR. Full-time, temp-to-hire with 3–4 day weeks and set shifts: Day 5:00 AM–5:00 PM; Night 5:00 PM–5:00 AM, with rotating schedules.

Wage: Day $21.25/hour; Night $23.75/hour. You will run, monitor and maintain machinery, follow SOPs and GMPs, document activity and report deviations, and work with a team to keep production safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and production documents in English.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility for overtime and fast-paced environment.

Schedule:3 - 4 day work weeks with set shifts

Full-Time, Temp to Hire

Location: McMinnville

Day Shift (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Shift 1: Sunday – every other Wednesday

Shift 3: Every other Wednesday – Saturday

Night Shift (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Shift 2: Sunday – every other Wednesday

Shift 4: Every other Wednesday – Saturday
