• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic reading and math skills for production documentation and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to work 1st/2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Complete production logs, shift reports, and other documentation accurately
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures
