Job summary

Curtiss-Wright is seeking a Machine Operator to join our Lansing, NY team. This role requires reading drawings, precise setup and operation of shot equipment, and accurate documentation. 1–3 years of experience and soldering/assembly knowledge are valued, along with a high school diploma.

• Ability to read, understand and follow simple instructions and assembly drawings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Accurately follow and interpret instructions and drawings.
• Complete production and test documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Set up, operate and maintain shot equipment.
• Meet production routing times on jobs for which training has been received.
• Assist in the job training of lesser skilled operators.

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our Lansing, NY team! This is not a CNC/lathe machinist position.

Location: Lansing, NY

Salary: $18-$20/hour
