Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Machine Operators and CNC Machinists for local Ithaca and Cortland area positions. Roles involve 2nd shift with a 4-day work week (Wednesday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday) and independent work with some teamwork and supervision.

Primary duties include setting up and operating production machines, cutting and shaping parts, handling powders, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Training opportunities are available with senior operators.

Qualifications

Machine Operators! Multiple local Ithaca and Cortland area companies are searching for Machine Operators and CNC Machinists through Express Employment Professionals. Current openings have a 4-day work week schedule of either Wednesday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday. 2nd Shift opportunities. We are working with the top manufacturing organizations in the community looking for motivated staff who will help grow their organizations to a new level of production. Machine Operators/CNC Machinists work independently, and as part of a team at times, with limited supervision.
