Vibrant is seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor industrial equipment, adjust settings for optimal performance, and support production goals with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires 1+ year in industrial ops, English fluency, and the ability to read technical docs. You will work on-site with standard shifts and collaborate across production and quality control teams.

Qualifications

As a Machine Operator, you play a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that materials and products are properly manufactured to meet quality and production standards. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as required.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
