Job summary

Acloche is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment. This role focuses on delivering efficient production, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards within a manufacturing setting.

The position requires reading basic work instructions, handling basic tools, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and following all safety procedures with proper PPE.

Qualifications

• Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic work instructions, blueprints, or specifications.
• Experience with hand tools and measuring devices preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.

• Set up and operate machinery per production orders and safety guidelines
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper performance and identify issues
• Load raw materials and remove finished products
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Make basic adjustments and troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspections)
• Record production data, including quantities and quality checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
